Shipping Policy for Montessori Panda
At Montessori Panda, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery for all your orders. Our shipping methods, delivery times, and prices may vary depending on your location and the type of product you have purchased. Please find the details of our shipping policy below.

Digital Goods
Digital products, such as eBooks and audiobooks, are delivered instantly via email through our trusted partner BookFunnel.

  • Delivery: Instant, sent to the email address you have on record.
  • Note: Please check your email inbox, including the spam and promotions folders, if you do not receive your download link within a few minutes.

Physical Products
We offer various shipping methods for physical products, including educational materials and merchandise. Shipping times and costs depend on your chosen shipping option.

  • Print Products (e.g., Books, Educational Materials): Our print products are shipped directly from the printing facility. Estimated shipping times for these products are as follows:

    • To Spain: 3 to 5 working days
    • To the rest of Europe: 3 to 5 working days
    • To the US: 5 to 7 working days
    • To other international destinations: 7 to 10 working days
      Note: Tracking may be included depending on the shipping option chosen.
  • Merchandise: Our merchandise, including educational toys and accessories, is fulfilled and shipped through Printful or other logistics partners. Fulfillment time is usually 3-7 business days, and shipping times vary:

    • To Spain: 3–7 working days
    • To Europe: 6–8 working days
    • To the US: 3–4 working days
    • To Australia: 2–14 working days
    • To other international destinations: 10–20 working days

Shipping Methods & Tracking
At checkout, you will be offered various shipping methods. The price and delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected. Some shipping options will include tracking, while others may not.

  • Tracking: Tracking is available for most shipping methods but may not be available with all options. Please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

  • Digital Goods (eBooks & Audiobooks): Delivered instantly via BookFunnel from our digital platform.
  • Print Products: Printed and shipped from facilities in Spain, the UK, or the US, depending on stock availability.
  • Merchandise: Fulfilled and shipped via Printful, with production facilities depending on your location.

Lost & Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  2. Visit your local post office to inquire about the package.
  3. Ask your neighbors if the package was left with them.
  4. Look in your spam or promotions folder for a missing email.

If you have followed the above steps and still haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately at shop@montessoripanda.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will assess the situation and provide a solution.

Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email a photo or video of the damage to shop@montessoripanda.com within 14 days of delivery. Our team will inspect the issue and offer a solution, including a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues reported after 14 days of delivery.

Lost Packages & Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Delivery to EU Countries
For orders shipped to European Union (EU) countries, if the total order value is under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery charges), VAT and duties will be paid at checkout. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price, and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or customs. For busy periods like Christmas, we recommend ordering in advance to avoid potential delays.
