Refund & Returns Policy for Montessori Panda (Spain)
We’re sorry to hear there may be an issue with your purchase. At Montessori Panda, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below for the steps to take if you encounter any issues with your order.
Digital Products
Since digital products are instant downloads, and due to piracy concerns, there are NO refunds or returns on digital items such as eBooks or printable downloads. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and previews on our website before making a purchase.
If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at shop@montessoripanda.com. We are happy to assist you and resolve any problems quickly.
Physical Products
We cannot accept returns for personalized items such as custom-made products, including name tags or personalized learning materials. Sales of personalized products are final, and no refunds will be issued for these items.
For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@montessoripanda.com. Items should be returned to our store address in Spain. Please contact us before shipping the item.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide instructions on where to send the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent without prior authorization. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please email a photo or video of the fault to shop@montessoripanda.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once we assess the issue, our Customer Service team will offer an appropriate resolution. If the product is faulty, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for faults reported after 14 days of delivery.
Lost & Delayed Orders
All orders are tracked, and tracking information is sent to your email or phone via SMS once the order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking information or if your order appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@montessoripanda.com.
After assessing the situation, we’ll offer a suitable solution. However, please note that we cannot issue refunds if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the recipient refuses the parcel.
In case of a delay with your order, we do not offer refunds. If there is a significant delay, please contact shop@montessoripanda.com to discuss the situation further.
Abuse of Refund Policy
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse of our policy. All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Montessori Panda.
